Contacting the RDW?

The RDW can be reached 24 hours a day by e-mail or by post. Our Customer Service Department is also available by telephone between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday). The number is 0900-07 39 (€ 0.10 p.m.).

Calling from abroad?

If you wish to phone the RDW from abroad, please dial +31 598 39 33 30. You can only reach the RDW from abroad with a (mobile) phone. It is not possible to use the internet for calling (Skype, VOIP).
