The RDW Test Centrum Lelystad (Test Centre Lelystad), TCL for short, is an independent vehicle-testing laboratory with a unique combination of services and products under one roof.
At TCL, approval trials are carried out, national and international certificates are issued, and you can perform your own Research & Development activities.
