You can reach us in a number of ways. 
  • Our customer service is available by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To help you more efficiently, we use an options menu. If you want information in English? Press 0.

    Calling from abroad

    If you want to call us from abroad, please call one of the following numbers: +31 88 008 74 70 or +31 598 69 33 30.

    Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that we cannot be reached via a mobile phone. In that case, please try using a landline phone. You can, of course, also send us an e-mail.

    If you call from abroad via internet (e.g. Skype or VOIP), you may not be able to reach us because of technical reasons.

  • You can ask your questions via e-mail by using the contact form. We will strive to answer your e-mail within 3 working days.
  • You are welcome to visit 1 of our testing stations or offices in Veendam and Zoetermeer. These are open on working days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The locations are closed on public holidays. 

    Testing stations

    There are 16 testing stations located throughout the Netherlands. The inspection stations offer testing, inspections of your vehicle and certain counter services.


    At our offices in Veendam and Zoetermeer and at testing station Den Bosch, we offer various counter services.
