- Depending on the type of amendment, you must include documents. You will find a list of these documents on the application form. Please, provide correct and complete documents. This will speed up the application.
- Send documents in PDF format only. Do not combine any documents. Use the document names as indicated in the application form.

You must notify us of the following changes:
- If you wish to add or remove a directive and/or regulation concerning your approval. This may include matters of changed legislation or if you want to produce a new type of product.
- Production location changes, a new production location or closing of a location.
- If your name or address changes.
- In case of an acquisition or merger.
- If you stop production of all products for which we have granted type approval.

- Download and complete the form.
- Send the completed form to [email protected].
- We will send you an email confirmation when your change has been processed. Processing time varies from a few weeks to several months. Depending on the type of change.
- If we find documents are incomplete, we will inform you. As a result, processing may take longer.

- You pay per modified type approval certificate.
- Costs for changing your data are covered by the annual maintenance fee. Costs will be invoiced in March.
