You must notify us of the following changes:
- If you wish to add or remove a directive and/or regulation concerning your approval. This may include matters of changed legislation or if you want to produce a new type of product.
- Production location changes, a new production location or closing of a location.
- If your name or address changes.
- In case of an acquisition or merger.
- If you stop production of all products for which we have granted type approval.
- Please send an email to [email protected], including the changes you want to notify us about. We will send you an application form.
- Depending on the type of amendment, you must include documents. You will find a list of these documents on the application form. Please, provide correct and complete documents. This will speed up the application.
- We will send you an email confirmation when your change has been processed. Processing time varies from a few weeks to several months. Depending on the type of change.
- If we find documents are incomplete, we will inform you. As a result, processing may take longer.
Costs for changing your data are covered by the annual maintenance fee. Costs will be invoiced in March.
