You must notify us of the following changes:

• If you wish to add or remove a directive and/or regulation concerning your approval. This may include matters of changed legislation or if you want to produce a new type of product.
• Production location changes, a new production location or closing of a location.
• If your name or address changes.
• In case of an acquisition or merger.
• If you stop production of all products for which we have granted type approval.

1. Please send an email to [email protected], including the changes you want to notify us about. We will send you an application form.
2. Depending on the type of amendment, you must include documents. You will find a list of these documents on the application form. Please, provide correct and complete documents. This will speed up the application.
3. We will send you an email confirmation when your change has been processed. Processing time varies from a few weeks to several months. Depending on the type of change.
4. If we find documents are incomplete, we will inform you. As a result, processing may take longer.

Costs for changing your data are covered by the annual maintenance fee. Costs will be invoiced in March.
