Limited inspection availability at Amsterdam Testing Station

Update 15 March: service may be more limited due to coronavirus. Starting Monday 16 March, RDW will only be offering the most vital inspections at the Amsterdam Testing Station. Staffing levels are too low. This means that services will be limited to key services: only inspections of commercial vehicles and buses will take place. We will try to inform our customers of this in time. Thank you for your understanding of this situation.

RDW is expecting increased staffing problems in the coming weeks in the various RDW locations and services.

RDW coronavirus measures

The coronavirus is also affecting RDW and our services. RDW has taken various measures as a consequence of the coronavirus. These measures focus on enabling key services to continue as far as possible. RDW is in any event adhering to the measures issued by the national government, RIVM and our own health and safety department.

One of the measures concerns RDW employee travel. RDW employees will only travel to external locations if this is necessary to carry out key services. Where possible, RDW will chose alternative means of delivering services. We can also only welcome customers and guests at our locations when this is necessary for key service delivery. We will use our existing contact methods to inform the involved persons and organisations of this.

RDW is closely monitoring developments. This means that the measures we take may change.
