Reopening testing stations Roosendaal, Waddinxveen, Nieuwegein and Almelo

On Monday 11 May, we are reopening the following RDW testing stations: Roosendaal, Waddinxveen, Nieuwegein and Almelo By reopening these testing stations, we want to shorten existing waiting times and expand our services. We will do this in stages, taking the necessary safety measures.

Together ensuring your and our safety

For your and our safety, the RIVM guidelines apply to all RDW testing stations. We also ask you to:

  • come alone by appointment to the testing station;
  • come alone;
  • comply with the applicable measures and
  • follow the instructions of the RDW employees, for your and our safety.

Further expansion of our services

From 18 May, we hope to reopen the last 2 testing stations in Den Bosch and Venlo. Heerenveen testing station will remain closed temporarily due to ongoing refurbishment. By taking this last step, we expect to be able to restart all other testing (in some cases via a temporary emergency procedure). We have drawn up an overview of our current services.

Processing time and expectations

Due to the closing of the testing stations and the limited availability of RDW testing services, we have longer waiting times than you are accustomed to. We cannot currently provide any clarity about the processing time of your request, as we would normally do. Thank you for your patience in this situation. We are doing everything we can to resume our normal services.
