New arrangements will apply for EU driving licences and driving licences with code 95 as of 6 March 2021. Does the validity of your driving licence (+ code 95) expire between 1 September 2020 and 30 June 2021? Then you can continue to drive with your driving licence for a period of 10 months after the expiry date of your driving licence.

Driving licence is valid until 31 August 2020: you can continue to drive up to 30 September 2021.

1 September 2020 and 30 June 2021  10 months from the expiry date of the driving licence

Driving licence is valid until 01 December 2020: you can continue to drive up to 01 October 2021.

Driving licence is valid until 01 May 2021: you can continue to drive up to 01 March 2022.

Renewal is also possible
