Valid proof of identity when collecting registration plates:
- valid Dutch driving licence
- valid Dutch national passport
- valid foreign national passport
- service passport or diplomatic passport
- valid Dutch or foreign identity card
- valid travel document for refugees, travel document for aliens or foreign identity card issued by another Member State of the European Union
- valid NATO ID card
